Final part of Dillema2 years later......
Ahsoka had finally accepted the fact that Anakin was gone, but not forgotten. She and Rex had a life now, they had a house in a little village on a planet that very few had heard of. They had plenty of new friends who had took a lot of time getting used to them. They were happy.
Rex was looking out of a window into the setting sun, thinking deep thoughts. Ahsoka came into the room and stood by his side, "Rex, what's wrong?"
"I don't know. I just cant believe that this has happened. We are actually here. We can do what we like. We're free." she smiled at him. " Yes we are. And I hope it stays that way." Suddenly, there was a load beeping sound. Ahsoka walked over to were it was coming from and turned it off. "I wish you hadn't bought that thing."
"Sorry Rex. Next time you want to eat a burnt pie, go ahead and chuck this thing out." There was nothing he could do but smiled. Then he smelt their supper. "Smells good."
"Told you I was a good cook." He smiled at her again

Ahsoka was in Naubi's room when it all started. Nobody saw it coming, not even master Yoda. There was nothing she could do but watch as the flames from the Jedi temple lit up the nights sky. She wanted to move, but she couldn't. She was truly afraid. When she finally came to, it was almost too late. 501st troopers had kicked down the door, stormed into the room and aimed their blasters directly at her. She only had enough time to pick up her crying daughter. "What's going on trooper? What are you doing?" they didn't reply. They just stood there, staring at her. "Trooper...." the tone of her voice changed from serious to frightened. She knew this was the end, the day she dies. Just before they opened fire, the span around, held Naubi close to her chest and squeezed her eyes shut. Then she herd the shot. Seconds later, she realized that she was not dead. She turned around and saw Rex and Vasily standing over the bodies of the now dead troopers. "Ahsoka my sweet, are y

Rex looked down at his sleeping child. He remained silent, trying not to wake her. He was worried. "Rex?" Ahsoka whispered through the doorway, "What are you doing?"
"I was worried. Thought I'd check up on her. I still remember what master Yoda said to you."
"Rex that was months ago," she tiptoed across the room to his side, "try not to worry sweetheart and come back to bed."
"What If I'm right Ahsoka? What if something bad is gonna happen?"
"Rex. Remember what I told you. I don't like you talking like that. It scares me."
"Sorry. Its just I can't help thinking " The sound of Naubi crying interrupted Rex. He didn't realise how loud he was speaking. Ahsoka picked her up and cradled her head on her shoulder. "Ssssshhhhhh. It's alright. Mommy's here. Its ok." Rex sighed and said, "I'm never gonna get used to that."
"Well, you gonna have to for the next two years."
"Great." Ahsoka gave him a sharp look. "What?" she didn't reply. A few

"WATCH YA HEAD," one clone shouted as debris fell from a near by building. "STAND YOUR GROUND. KEEP FIGHTING," Rex ordered the remaining clones. Over the past thirty minutes, they have been holding their position in front of an arched doorway. Their numbers just getting thinner and thinner, but they kept fighting. Rex occasionally looked back, hoping that his lover was ok. But either way, he needed to stay strong to remain alive. Just then, a call came over his commlink. "Captain, this is thunder 2-5, ready for close air support over."
"Copy that 2-5, lasing the target 100 metres from our position." Rex quickly pulled out a small, black laser pointer. He pressed the button and it ignited a faint green beam. Once it had locked onto the hundreds of droids in front them. "Roger that captain, coordinates received, coming in for danger close air strike." Suddenly, several Y-wing bombers came overhead and dropped their payload, annihilating the enemy. The remaining clones chee

"You alright?" Rex asked as he looked down at Ahsoka, who had her head snuggled on his shoulder, "you look worried."
"No, its just." She sighed, "the doctor said that the baby is due soon. Between now and a few weeks time. I'm just tired, that's all." Rex then slowly sat her down on a near by sofa, "Ok, just take it easy. I'll call Vasily, he'll take care of you until the baby comes."
"Rex, I'm fine."
"No you not fine. Not even close," Rex sighed, "look I don't want to argue. Just call Vasily ok. If not for yourself, do it for me." Ahsoka sighed and crossed her arms. She eventually gave in, "Alright fine, I'll call Vasily." She didn't look too pleased. Rex sat down beside her and wrapped an arm around her. He placed a hand on her full plump belly.
1 hour later
"What can I do for you comrade?" Vasily asked.
"I need you to look after Ahsoka while I'm gone. The baby is due soon and I don't want her left here on her own."
"Sure, I'll just go and

Nothing much had happened. Ahsoka was expelled from the Jedi order, but that didn't bother her much. She was allowed to stay in Anakin and Padme's apartment. Rex visited when he could, but it wasn't often. But when he did, they made ever minute special.
Rex and Ahsoka were sitting on their bed and a little room opposite the lounge. They weren't doing much, just talking and laughing and remembering old times. Rex also commented on Ahsoka's new look. She had ditched her dark red combat gear for a more comfortable cream coloured dress that stretched from the straps on the shoulders to her feet. Ahsoka felt a slight kick. "She's kicking."
"Wait, how do you know it's a girl?" Rex asked.
"I don't know. A gut feeling. That's all."
"You want it to be a girl?" Rex placed a hand on her stomach. And she placed her hand over his. "I wouldn't mind really. But I would prefer it to be a girl." Rex smiled slightly. But she knew what he was feeling, "Wh
The Dilemma part 2"Rex, how are you doing my friend?" Vasily asked.
"I'm doing fine. And you?"
"Just fine comrade. So tell me, why are you here?" Rex walked over to the wall and leant his back up against it. "I want to know if its try?"
"If whats try?"
"Is Ahsoka really pregnant?" Vasily rubbed his bearded chin and replied, "Well, as a matter of fact, she is. Your gonna be a father comrade, congratulations."
"Well I don't think that is the right word."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, this is the happiest day of my life, but what if my superiors find out? Then I'll be ordered to leave the army and Ahsoka will be expelled from the Jedi order and I don't know what to do."
"You're just paranoid Rex. Nobody's gonna make you leave the legion. Ahsoka will probably be expelled, and if she's is, I'll look after her when you're not around. Ok comrade?"
"Thanks Vasily, you're a true friend." Rex gave him a little fist bump before leaving the infirmary.
"Your what?" Anakin said whilst looking shocked.
"I'm pregnant ma
The Dilemma part 1Death, blood and fire, was all around her, she couldn't feel, she couldn't breath. "Had enough," a voice said. She turned around and saw and dark figure standing a few feet in front of her. Then he charged towards her, and then it went black. Then she heard someone cry. She shot up and screamed. She was sweating and panting. "Ahsoka, AHSOKA," Rex said, "What's wrong?" She didn't reply. He shook her a little, "Hey. Ahsoka, Ahsoka." She looked at him. She looked terrified. "Dreams again?" She threw her arms around his waist. He placed one hand on the back of her head tails and the other on her back. He cradled her for a few moments before he pulled them back down onto the bed. Ahsoka began to weep; Rex could feel the tears go down across his chest. "I wish they would just go away Rex, I want this all to stop. I can't take it anymore."
"I know. I know."
The next morning
Ahsoka sat by herself in the empty mess hall, looking as tired as ever. She played around with the worst looking e
Whats wrong with love part 113 months later ..
John and Ahsoka were walking along a beach on some planet that not many know of. The manhunt for them had finally been called off and they for the first time were at peace. They walked arm in arm across the soft, yellow sands. "So what do we do now?" Ahsoka asked.
"We start again." Even after all that they've been through, John still seemed pretty miserable. Ahsoka suddenly stopped and stood in front of him, "John what's wrong?" he looked out to the setting sun, then back to her. "I just feel like no matter what I do, it sometimes feel's like I've not done enough."
"John don't talk like that," she placed her hand on his left cheek, "You shouldn't feel like that. You've saved my life many times; you've been honest and told me how you felt. You've gotten me pregnant; you told me you loved me at least a hundred times. And in the past three months, you've kept me safe, you've brought me to this beautiful place." She then giggled, "You've brought me this wonderf
HomesickI am the river's son,
my arteries flowing turquoise
and turning to rapids
rushing around my frame,
filling me with this sense
of buoyancy, minnows
tickling my sternum.
I am the river's son.
My palms caress each
silty shoreline, every
battered bank and bend,
and these places I know
so well become me
as my fingerprint,
even the bridge above me
inflamed by the afternoon
sun-glow, burning rusty and
the steel blue sky.
I am the river's son;
I bring my home along
like hermit crab,
where I step
I pull water from the earth.
